Products & sourcing

What does Partob supply?

Partob supports repair businesses with products and sourcing across replacement parts, accessories, repair tools, electronics and devices. Our aim is to help you manage more of your purchasing through one supplier. Check the current catalogue or contact our team about a specific product or sourcing requirement.

Who is Partob for?

Partob serves repair shops, resellers, wholesalers and other professional buyers. Purchases for repair work or resale are business-to-business transactions governed by the accepted order, agreed commercial terms and applicable sales law.

How do I choose a wholesale phone parts supplier for my repair shop?

Compare exact model coverage, clearly described product specifications, stock availability, the delivered cost and after-sales terms. For a Partob purchase, check the individual product listing, the final cart total and the published Returns and Warranty policies. If you are comparing suppliers, send us the same product references and quantities so we can discuss a like-for-like sourcing requirement.

Can I request a product I cannot find on the website?

Yes. Use Product enquiry in the menu or contact Partob with the product name, device model, reference and quantity you need. A photograph or supplier reference can help identify the item. We will check the available sourcing options; submitting an enquiry does not reserve stock or confirm an order.

What is the difference between buying from local stock and an OEM import order?

Partob uses local stock to support everyday repairs and regular replenishment, alongside OEM sourcing and imports from manufacturers in China for planned purchases. Locally stocked products and sourced products have different availability and lead times. Check stock for the specific item; for an OEM or import order, agree the specifications, quantity, production schedule and delivery arrangements in the quotation.

Can Partob help me source products for my own brand?

Partob can discuss OEM sourcing and manufacturer coordination for businesses exploring their own branded range. Send the product specifications, branding or packaging requirements and expected quantity. Feasibility, minimum order quantities, costs and lead times depend on the product and manufacturer and must be confirmed in an agreed quotation before you commit.

What information should I send for a bulk phone parts enquiry?

Send a list of device models, product references or Partob SKUs, required quantities, specifications and your delivery country or postcode. Include your target delivery date and whether the purchase is a one-off order or regular replenishment. State any required condition, colour, branding or packaging. These details help Partob check compatibility, sourcing options and delivery requirements before preparing a response.

Choosing repair parts

How do I find iPhone, Samsung Galaxy or other phone parts on Partob?

Open Parts in the menu, choose the device brand, expand its range and select the exact model to see its parts. For example, iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro are different model selections. On the product page, check the compatibility information and SKU before adding the item to your cart. Contact Partob if the device or part you need is not listed.

How do I check whether a part fits my device?

Match the exact device model and version against the product description and compatibility information before ordering. Similar model names do not always use the same part. If you are unsure, send Partob the device model and product reference or SKU so we can help check the match.

How do I compare replacement screens for the same phone model?

Compare the display technology and specifications stated for each listing, together with its condition, colour, included components and compatibility. A shared phone model name does not mean two screen assemblies have identical specifications. If you are choosing between LCD, OLED or other listed options, send Partob the SKUs and the repair requirements so we can help clarify the differences before you order.

Are all compatible phone replacement parts original manufacturer parts?

No. Compatibility identifies the device a part is intended to fit; it does not establish who manufactured it. Partob represents a replacement part as an original manufacturer part only when the listing expressly identifies it as such. Check the description and stated condition for the specific SKU, and ask us before purchase if the product origin or designation is unclear.

Business accounts

How can a repair shop or reseller open a Partob business account?

Use the business registration form and provide your contact details, business address and a company or tax verification document. Partob reviews the application before enabling account access. If your application is approved, you receive an email with a secure link to set your password. Use an email address your business can access and keep your company and delivery details accurate.

Why can’t I sign in immediately after applying for a business account?

Partob business applications require review before account access is enabled. The application receipt email is not an approval email. After approval, use the password setup link we send you. Check your spam folder if the message is missing, or contact Partob from the email address used for the application. If an approved account’s setup link has expired, request a new password reset link.

Orders & shipping

Where does Partob deliver, and how much does shipping cost?

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available delivery methods and charges for your order. Options depend on the destination, parcel size, weight and products. If no delivery method is available for your address, contact Partob before placing the order.

When will my order arrive, and how can I track it?

Orders are prepared after the necessary order and payment checks, subject to stock availability. Any delivery estimate separates preparation from carrier transit and is a guide unless a guaranteed date is expressly agreed. Where tracking is available, use the shipment information provided for your order. Contact Partob with your order and tracking references if the status is unclear or overdue.

Can Partob supply parts for an urgent repair or offer next-day delivery?

For an urgent repair, ask Partob to confirm the exact part, required quantity, destination and delivery deadline before placing your order. Local stock supports everyday repair needs, but dispatch and carrier transit are separate stages. Next-day arrival is not a blanket promise: stock, order processing and the delivery service available for your address must be checked for the specific order.

Can I change my order or delivery address?

Contact Partob as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check whether the order can still be updated. Changes after dispatch depend on the carrier, and any proposed rerouting or redelivery charge will be explained before you agree to it.

What should I do if a delivery is missing, incorrect or damaged?

Contact Partob promptly with your order number, affected product references, quantities and a description of the issue. Include photographs of the products, outer packaging and shipping label where useful, together with any tracking information. Keep the packaging while we investigate and stop using any item that appears unsafe.

Discounts & Credit

How does Partob Bundle discount work?

Bundle discount is applied automatically to the same product or variant in your cart: 5–9 pieces receive 1% off; 10–24 receive 2%; 25–49 receive 3%; 50–99 receive 4%; and 100 or more receive 5%. It covers all product categories, including sale products. Different products or variants cannot be combined to reach a tier. VAT and shipping are excluded from the discount calculation.

Can Bundle discount be combined with other offers?

Yes, Bundle discount can be combined with eligible category offers and other promotions, subject to the conditions of each offer. Percentage discounts apply successively to the remaining eligible price. For example, a €100 amount reduced by 20% and then 5% becomes €76 before VAT and shipping: a total saving of 24%, not 25%. Your cart shows the final applied discounts and rounding.

Which products earn cashback, and how is it calculated?

Partob cashback applies only to eligible Parts products. It is calculated on their final eligible value after all applicable discounts, excluding VAT and shipping, using the rate and eligibility shown for your account or offer. For example, at a 5% cashback rate, €95 of eligible Parts earns €4.75 in Partob Rewards Credit. Accessories and other categories do not earn Parts cashback.

How should I calculate the total cost of a wholesale phone parts order?

Use the cart and checkout summary to compare the same products and quantities after applicable discounts, then account for VAT and delivery charges. For example, 10 pieces of one product at €10 each qualify for the 2% Bundle tier: €98 for the goods before VAT and shipping, if no other offers apply. Any Parts cashback is Rewards Credit for a future eligible purchase; do not subtract it as an immediate discount from the amount due.

Where can I see my Partob Credit?

Sign in to your Partob account and open Credit to see your available balance and account entries. Cashback is awarded as Rewards Credit for future eligible purchases when the applicable order conditions are met. A cashback estimate is not an available balance, and cashback does not reduce the price of the order that earns it.

Returns & refunds

What is Partob’s return period, and how much is refunded?

Eligible standard business returns must be registered within 90 calendar days of the order being marked Completed. The refund rate is fixed when you submit the RMA request: up to and including day 30, 100%; days 31–60, 70%; and days 61–90, 50%. Requests after day 90 are outside the standard return policy.

The percentage applies to the original amount paid for the approved returned quantity after discounts, including any VAT paid on that amount. Original order shipping charges are not refunded. Final approval follows inspection.

Do batteries have the same return period?

Yes. Batteries follow Partob’s same 90-day standard return period and 100%, 70% and 50% refund tiers, subject to the return conditions. Contact Partob before sending a damaged battery so the appropriate transport precautions can be confirmed.

Which products are eligible for a standard return?

Products must have been purchased from Partob, remain in its stocked product range and be identifiable against the original order. Return them complete and undamaged, with the original packaging and Partob identification codes. Customer or end-user damage, missing packaging or identification, and other failures to meet the policy can lead to rejection. Report a suspected product defect for separate warranty assessment.

How do I start a return with Partob?

Sign in, open Returns and choose New RMA. Select the order products, quantities and return reason, then submit the request with relevant details. Wait for the RMA instructions before shipping and dispatch within five working days of receiving them. Include your RMA reference or packing slip. Registration does not guarantee a refund; Partob checks eligibility after receiving the goods.

Can I return only some of the items in a bulk order?

Yes. In the Partob RMA form, select the products and quantities you want to return from the original order. Each returned item must meet the standard return conditions and the 90-day registration deadline. The applicable refund rate is applied to the original amount paid for the approved returned quantity after discounts. Any original Rewards for that quantity are reversed separately when the return is completed.

Who pays return shipping, including for rejected items?

The buyer pays shipping to Partob for a standard return. If inspection shows that the goods or parcel do not meet the return policy, the buyer also pays the cost of having the rejected goods sent back. Partob will explain the rejection and return arrangements.

Where is my approved refund paid, and what happens to Rewards?

Once an approved standard return is completed, its refund is deposited into your Partob Credit account for future purchases, rather than repaid to the original card or bank account. The original Rewards earned on the approved returned quantity are reversed in full as a separate adjustment, including for a 70% or 50% refund. Rewards already reversed are not deducted again.

For example, excluding VAT, a €100 item that earned €5 in Rewards and is approved for a day-45 return receives €70 in Credit. Reversing the original €5 Rewards gives a net Credit increase of €65.

Warranty & product issues

How long is the warranty on Partob products?

The warranty period and coverage are those stated for the specific product or order; Partob does not promise one universal duration for every product. The 90-day standard return window does not automatically set the warranty period or the remedy for a covered defect. Keep your order record and contact Partob if the applicable warranty is unclear.

How do I report a faulty product or request a warranty assessment?

Provide your order number, product reference, fault description and useful photographs or testing details. Use the account RMA process where the order is available. If the order is missing from the form or the product has a stated warranty beyond the online 90-day RMA window, contact Partob directly for assessment. Wait for instructions before sending the product.

Should I test a replacement part before installation?

Yes. Check the model, condition and connectors, and test the part before final installation where practical and safe. Keep identification codes and packaging. Commercial warranty cover does not include customer or installation damage, so report a suspected defect before continuing work that could damage the item. Stop using a product that appears unsafe.
